Job Summary
Join our team at The Aero Corp, a global technology firm focused on customer-centric communications and collaboration for Operators, OEMs, Manufacturers, and MRO companies. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative. While a background in aerospace is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, showcasing products and services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Present our products or services to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Report and provide feedback to management using CRM software
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Office and CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
